Reprographic claim forms deadlines:

1. February 22, 2022 – DACS Publication History first claim form for UK

US visual artists who have had their work licensed reprographically in the UK can apply for Payback via ARS or through the Payback portal online. Payback is an annual program run by DACS to distribute the secondary royalties owed to visual artists or artists’ estates by various collective licensing programs. There is no backward limit to when the work needs to have been published. You may count your entire publication history through December 31, 2021.

2. February 24, 2022- ADAGP four claim forms for France

US illustrators who have had their artworks copied from books, serials (magazines, journals), television, and newspapers can claim their share of collective licensing through ARS’ sister society, ADAGP in France.

3. March 8, 2022 – VEGAP two claims forms for Spain

US artists who’s work may have been copied from books and serials (journals) of cultural, scientific or technical content by universities can claim their share of collective licensing fees through ARS’ sister society, VEGAP in Spain.

4. April 10, 2022 – DACS Payback second form for UK
You must own the copyright. The UK copyright laws are similar to those in the US. Payback will not take very long to fill out.
